✅ What We Accept Returns For
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Item arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong item received (wrong color, wrong size)
- Item is significantly not as described
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Clear photos or video of the issue are required.

- Change of mind after purchase
- Requests made after 14 days of delivery
- Items returned without prior approval
- Normal wear and tear
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at info@dogtie.store within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
- We will respond within 1–2 business days
- If approved, refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Do I Need to Ship the Item Back?
For damaged or wrong items, you usually do not need to return the product. We will issue a replacement or full refund after reviewing your photos.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@dogtie.store and we will investigate and offer a replacement or full refund.
